  • Art Week - week beginning 26th June 2017
    Please can children bring in materials, such as plastic bottles and cereal boxes, by Friday 23rd June. The children's finished art work will be available to see on Wednesday 12th July at our open evening.
  • Space Dress Up Day - 18th May 2017
    Along with a spaced themed lunch we thought it would be a fun idea to dress up too. Turn yourself into an alien or a spaceman for the day. Find some interesting space facts and attach them to your clothing!
  • Panathlon Event - 4th May 2017
    Huge congratulations to the RG team who attended a sporting Panathlon event at Becontree Leisure Centre. As a team we battled hard against other schools in the B&D area to come a valiant 4th. The children were very proud of their medals.
  • Tag Rugby Havering Festival - Wednesday 29th March
    The Tag Rugby Festival for years 3 and 4 was hosted at Upminster Rugby Club. Twenty three schools took part, which was supported and refereed by students from Barking and Dagenham Rugby Club. Congratulations to Rush Green who won the shield!

  • Red Nose Day
    Red Nose Day will be on Friday 24th March! Children can come to school dressed in red. A £1 donation to Comic Relief will be greatly appreciated. You can pick up the Comic Relief merchandise from Sainsbury's, TK Maxx and HomeSense.
  • Sainsbury's vouchers
    We are collecting Sainsbury's vouchers. Please either give them to your child's teacher or hand them in at the main office.
  • Class Photos
    As a reminder class photos will be taken during the school day on Tuesday 7th March.
  • World Book Day 2017
    World Book Day is a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and, most importantly, of reading. The children can have fun by dressing up as one of their favourite characters on Thursday 2nd March.
  • First Primary Panathlon event for Rush Green Primary
    The School attended their first Primary Panathlon event. We competed against other schools within the borough at various sporting activities. In an amazing feat – Rush Green were placed 4th in their debut performance! Well done Team Rush Green!
